The hotel was fairly clean and had gentle staff at the reception desk. We got modern standard room with stunning views as an upgrade, nice gesture. Loved extensive breakfast options with a lovely view and american coffee, as for instance. The property had a very central setting in a basic cafe. The place was a super close walk to Korkovado, where you can have dinner.

Wonderful breakfast offered with a variety of options. - the staff at the reception desk were very gentle. - the standard room was quiet and peaceful. - Breakfast included tasty nuts porridge and a wonderful view, along with a selection of salads.

This hotel met every demand in every way, totally recommend. Everything was perfect. - Had a very nice stay with a colourful character with the nickname Charlie. - We had coffee, cereal, cakes, pancakes, and omelette for breakfast in the restaurant.

The location
The decor makes this a really dark and gloomy hotel, everything is black with really low lighting. We stayed in a villa, which for the money didn't live up to expectations! Not many signs for anything! Surrounding building work was noisy early! The most cold and oppressive luxury!! hotel I have ever stayed in.
